This position provides support for all aspects of Human Resources office and team. Tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering phones, greeting employees and applicants, acting as back-up to the administrative assistant
Conducting background checks on prospective employees
Preparing new hire packets
Preparing and entering employee files into the HRIS
Filing
Presenting Orientation
Document Control
This position will also be responsible to assist with special projects such as helping in the scheduling of training, company event, and fundraisers.

Requirements:
Strong desire to provide support to a team
Ability to work in a busy office environment
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
HR or Office Administrative Experience 1-2 years experience
Working Conditions:
o Fast paced, production floor environment

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
